Not usually. Most insurance plans do not provide coverage for preventive screenings. And routine physicals do not include the comprehensive testing and level of personal consultation included in the screenings at Providence Women’s Heart Center. If you participate in a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending arrangement (FSA), the cost of your screening may be eligible for reimbursement. Please check with your provider. We will happily provide you with a receipt that can be used for these purposes. Providence Women’s Heart Center accepts payment in the form of cash, personal check, debit cards and most major credit cards. Gift certificates are also available, and make a wonderful way to let your girlfriends, coworkers and relatives know you care. Mother/daughter screenings are a great gift idea and can be scheduled together. |
